DU offers two service levels to help you get started quickly, intuitively, and seamlessly.

Self-driven (Do-It-Yourself) – Customers select a monthly subscription fee based on the size of their team to gain access to our platform. This tier allows training managers to upload their own course materials and build their courses from scratch.

Digita Driven (Done For You) – Our Learning Consultants lead the process of developing a custom course for you. We develop your learning strategy, outline the course curriculum, and produce the course content. Pricing for this tier is customized based on scope. A monthly subscription fee based on the size of your team is required to host courses on our platform.

Payments can be made online through our secure checkout page, or manually through bank-to-bank transfer.

Unfortunately, payment plans are not available. Digita U charges a monthly subscription fee based on the number of team members.

When your organization subscribes to Digita U, you will receive an invitation via email to access any courses you are eligible to take.

Yes, your team can participate in the online course as a group. Once your organization purchases the required number of seats, each employee will have their own student profile. Individual profiles allow training managers to track each employee’s progress.

Yes, you can enroll in as many courses as you like.

Are online classes self-paced or scheduled?2024-06-21T15:16:19+00:00

Courses can be either self-paced or scheduled depending on how it is designed.

Yes! Our DU Originals are designed for professionals who want to upskill on their own time. Courses will cover a wide range of skills and topics. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first notified when we launch.

Some courses will require prerequisites, determined by the training manager based on the level of training needed to grasp the concepts presented. There are no prerequisites for DU Originals.

Each course will list any additional materials needed, if applicable.

All our courses can be accessed from any device with a screen and an internet connection. You can use your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone to participate in the courses you’ve enrolled in.

Quizzes are graded automatically within the platform. Assignments and essay questions are graded manually by your training manager.

How can I track my employees’ progress in each course?2024-06-21T15:40:29+00:00

You will be able to see each employee’s progress from your Manager’s Dashboard. You can track where each employee is in a course and view their grades on quizzes and assessments.
